As Product & Business Development Manager within MedTech/Pharma at Syntegon, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, developing the product portfolio, and building long-term partnerships in a technology-driven and highly regulated market. You will be a key member of the global team at a leading global technology company and strategic lifecycle partner to the pharmaceutical industry, working closely with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Service to ensure solutions meet customer needs and industry requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute both commercial and product strategies for the MedTech and Pharma portfolio, with a strong focus on growth and margin improvement
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partners, and drive market entry initiatives
Define long-term market and product objectives
Create and maintain product roadmaps in close collaboration with R&D and global product teams
Lead customer needs analyses with a strong customer-centric approach
Prepare business cases, commercial proposals, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation support in cooperation with QA/Regulatory during product launches and customer deliveries
Train and support Sales and Technical Service teams on product value propositions, use cases, and competitive advantages
Maintain the pipeline in CRM systems, deliver sales forecasts, and report on key product and business performance metrics
Represent Syntegon at customer meetings, trade fairs, and in cross-functional projects, both nationally and internationally
About You:
Outgoing and customer-oriented with a high degree of curiosity
Experience in product or business development within MedTech, Pharma, or related industries
Strong commercial understanding combined with technical insight into equipment, automation, or process solutions
Proven experience in developing business cases, pricing structures, and commercial proposals
Solid project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented with strong commercial drive
Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel periodically on a global basis
